Except people don’t GO to the pub for technology, they go to hang with their friends. And short of a touchscreen to order, isn’t it quicker, easier and NICER to just say, “How about a pint, luv?”
Gimmicky use of computers. Not needed for the customers, although they HAVE changed things for the better for the servers!
