My guess is the 1930′s. Let’s say 1932.
It does look a bit like the 1880-90′s but the dress is too short. She would not be showing her ankles. Also the photography is seems more modern.
confusing. empire attire went out around 1820, came back in the 1960′s. furniture says late 1800-1920. first photos were around 1825. i agree with one of the above.. I’ll say 1960. Pre-Kennedy influence. Not as good lighting, hair is a good point.
I would say around 1911.
1968
1849
I’m looking at the shoes. I’m saying 1927.
1954!
The hair holds the key
probably
1928, I am assuming that it isn’t deliberately looking earlier than it is.
I’m going with the 1980′s - because of the thick eyebrows!
1852
1918
1898
I’ll try 1909.
Hmm, I’d say 1910
She appears to be wearing make-up, so if it’s not a fake, my guess is 1922.
1939 I reckon
1913. But the face and makeup look more contemporary. Almost has a Brooke Shields in the mid 80s vibe.
I’m going to go with 1850-ish, maybe 1860. She’s very pretty, whenever she’s from.
I’m going for 1885.
1933
2011, because nobody else has had that yet.
Well I say 1758.
lets try 1867
Confusing one! My guess:
Dress: Victorian-ish
Shoes: 1920s
Hair: Bouffant from the sixties or something.
I’ll say 1965 on this one
with the makeup, shoes, dress not going all the way to floor, and long gloves. My guess is 1915
1919
1937
There’s something unrealistic about this… a doll in a dollshouse maybe? Otherwise I’ll go 1964 because of the hair.
My guess is the 1930′s. Let’s say 1932.

seems to be a few conflicting elements here, can’t quite place the hairstyle, but I think 1905.
1966
A tough one - I’d say 1839
1886
Can’t pin it to a specific date, but I say it’s from the last 10 or 20 years.
The dress looks like mid-to-late 1820s, but the hair is very mid-1960s, so I’ll go for the latter.
1912, Looks like fancy dress just before WW1

1965?
early 19-teens to ’20s. side panels on the skirt say 20′s, shoes say 20′s, hair says late teens (and not yet fashionably bobbed).
makeup hair & gloves makes me wonder if it’s a 1950-early 60′s staged picture but I really haven’t a clue otherwise.
The mirror features in your other collection of 1913 dress photographs from the V & A.
So, i guess it’s a 1913 photograph…??
I’m cheating…..it’s the 28th Feb now…..I’ve traveled forward an hour….oops.
1929
The costume is likely early 19th c. Probably somewhere around 1820.
1921. Or 1931.
c1913 - but the girl is dressed in a costume from the 19th century
Check your calendar….. It’s 2024! (Silly question) ;-P
