‘Soul Train’ Lines, 1970s

‘‘Soul Train’ was an American musical show that aired from October 1971. In its 35-year history, the show primarily featured performances by R&B, soul, and hip hop artists.  In each show, during the “Soul Train Line”, all the show’s dancers formed two lines with a space in the middle for dancers to strut down and dance in consecutively.’
