It's BECAUSE of the nostalgia with this type of advertising that they've been 'Shopped (by very talented individuals I might add) to include new images, not because of a lack of respect for them. Guy pretty much said everything I'd like to say to you. Futher, I believe you're on the wrong blog. Retronaut appears to embrace alternate histories and a fusion of old and new, hence "How to be a Retronaut" as opposed to "How to be Retro". There are plenty of "How yo be Retro" sites out there for people like you. Kelley, you’re just 19 and lack the life experience to appreciate these. I choose not to have any of those things so I don't... if "modern" life bothers you so much, you can find yourself a "simple living" religious or spiritual, or if you're not so inclined, a secular, even neo-Luddite, community to live in... so why don't you put your money where your mouth is and give it all up? -- yeah, I thought so... Kelley,
