Gee, I can’t imagine why this sport never took off. I can’t escape the uneasy feeling that in at least a couple of these photos we just might be watching the creation of some paraplegics.

Looks like some of them have an attempt at what we would call roll bars today. Although I doubt that they have something like seat belts.
